Front bumper

So my front bumper is messed up whenever I brought the truck in December the guy said he hit a deer I tried bending the brackets took the whole bumper off I still can’t get it to go back on correctly

It’s a 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500hd 4wd with the 6.0l
