2001 Silverado 4x4 - leveling kit with bigger wheels & tires

Looking to do a complete front end suspension rebuild ( both control arms w ball joints, tire rods including steering pitman, idler, etc

Is GM genuine / AC delco really the best way to go? I am concerned with the added weight / stress of my heavier tires I should go heavy duty .

Looking at below brands.

GM GENUINE / ACDELCO Gold
Dorman rugged duty
Mevotech TTX
Moog

Have you looked at the Cognito front end stuff? That's the stuff to use for aftermarket lifts and wheels. It's spendy though...

For stock suspension, GM Genuine is my preferred brand, but have used AC Delco, Delphi and even some Moog from the local parts store. Always GM Genuine on ball joints, if available.

Kryptonite makes some stuff, hear it is good, what I might go for, like as if I did a level or something. OEM is great if you can get it.

I had an 05 lly with kryptonite sway link tie rods ball joints and wheel bearings. Currently have a 06 lbz with a full kryptonite front end. Won't use anything else and will highly recommend them. Their customer service and warranty are top notch.
