Let's see the truck, post an intro
No C bodies or C body wagons?Put 4.10 axle assemblies on your '05 Yukon (likely cheaper than regearing the axles internally).
From having tuned many LT1 B- & D-sedans & wagons with 2.56, 2.93, 3.08, & 3.42 (& 3.73 for the more enthusiastic enthusiasts, 4.10 for a few hardcores),
3.42 & 3.73 were the axle gears that made most Caprice/RoadMaster/Fleetwood owners happy.
Once you account for the offset of 27"-28" tires on those smaller/ligther sedans/wagons vs 31.6" tires for our suvs
you'll understand why I recommend 3.73 or 4.10 for most GMT800 vehicles (4.30 for taller & heavier wheel&tire combos).
'fraid not, those never had mid-90s LT1s in them.No C body sedans or wagons?
