Well, I hope this pans out. I have a guy that has been in touch for 2 days and had to arrange time off from work. He is coming from Cave Junction, Oregon, which is a little south and west of Medford and Grants Pass, Oregon. Leaving at 9 a.m. and he said would be here by 12:30. He asked if I would help load. He wants the boxes and whatever tools I have not sold already....he says. Shall see tomorrow.

Thanks. He texted me that he left Cave Junction at 9:30 and headed this way.

Early this morning I got a text from someone else that said they had $3k cash right now. If I had taken that offer, that would give me back a total of $4270 on my $4k investment. I am still willing to sit on all of it to get my, at least, $6k back on the $4k investment.

I hate when other prospective buyers jump in with a better offer when you've already have a deal going.

It tests my personal integrity when it happens.

The guy driving 3.5 to 4 hours has not made an offer as of yet. He knows what my 2 CL listings say and they are Or Best Offer. To come that far and ready to load he better be serious.

Settled on $5k even and it is gone, Bought for $4k and sold all for $6270. The buyer built the channeled steel ramps last night so we could load/roll the empty bottom and side box right up on the trailer. Worked like a champ. Unloaded all tools into totes that he brought and put the top box in back of his pickup.
