Zerex vs. DexCool

I know this has been covered a thousand times in multiple threads, and yes I have used the search...

I'm flushing and refilling the cooling system on my 06 Z71 Suburban 5.3 (96k, questionable maintenance history prior to me buying it at 86k).

The reason I ask is simple... I can get Zerex incredibly cheap... (read FREE).

So if I go all Zerex from the start, and stay Zerex am I good? Or am I asking for trouble down the road?

Bumpy.
Never did do this project.

Have developed a leak, so doing t-stat, housing, expansion/overflow tank, cap etc...
