Just registered and first post, so forgive me if this is just too old, and this has been answered, but I was looking at doing a few things to my truck, and this is one of them. I couldn't find a cap in any of the yards so I just ordered one off ebay.

I was just doing a general look at some of the stuff that interests me, but is there an interchangeability thread anywhere to cover everything? At least for the 99-02 trucks?
If it hadn't been for changing out the hood (right away), fenders, and my projectors, I would have preferred the Sierra badgeless grill, but even after I (make my first attempt at painting, and using this (WA856J indigo blue metallic Aerosol spray on the center chrome strip, its not really body, so I figure its Ok, if its not perfect))

The plan was to fix my damaged grill, my damaged bumper, upgrade to the HD, with an paint matched grill strip, and add fogs for right about $200.
. Does anyone know if instead of the HD bumper cap, can you just use the Sierra bumper? It looks the same general shape.
