Chasing a fuel problem

Just replaced the fuel pump and regulator in my 2000 ecsb 5.3. Still have a stumble and a rough idle
Any ideas?

New plugs and wires about 3 months ago. Just gave the throttle body a good cleaning. Weird thing is if I do something it'll straighten up decently for a few days then do everything all over again. Also have a vibrating sound coming from it

Update: vibration feels like it's coming from the regulator

Replaced the regulator (for the second time) still have the same noise

if you can get access to a scanner that reads live data like my soulus pro you can monitor misfires which I did on my 02 5.3 which led me to the injectors that were bad wasnt throwing codes either,also what brand plugs did you put in?

Acdelco rapid fire platinum. Whatever oem called for at the time. Is the solus pro expensive?

yeah its pricey I bought mine for $1200 off the snap on guy that goes to my friends shop software is up to 2010 us,asian and euro handy tool got it in june already made the money spent on it back thru jobs done with it.I run the 49-110 ac delcos uredium in both our 5.3's just did the envoy denali today had horrible idle and major skip did plugs its like a new truck

That's what they were the iridiums they're a little pricey

Replaced the mass airflow sensor today and still nothing. I've been told the ecms in these trucks have problems and need reflashing. I'm thinking black bear tune instead of a factory flash

have you tried unplugging one plug wire at a time to see what cylinder it might be. the one with no change will be where the issue is. could be a bad injector.also with an issue going on you'll want a reflash to factory not a tune that could make matters worse

Thank you for the input. And no I haven't tried any of that. My stumble isn't nearly as bad after the fuel pump but the idle is terrible. I messed with the plastic screw thing on the side of the throttle body as well because after I cleaned the throttle body I had a super high idle from it
