Factory aux lamp switch wiring

Hello all, just joined the forum after using it to help with various issues over the years. I'm looking to get a factory aux light switch from my local parts yard, and I'd like to wire up in my 04 suburban to use to turn on some lights I have added to the vehicle. Does anyone know if the plow package the trucks came with has a separate harness or if it's integrated into the dash harness already. Just trying to figure out if I should pull the whole harness or just the switch/pigtail and make it work for me?
