Have used and installed Jasper Engines, transmissions, drivetrain components for years with never a problem. have not heard of this company but may well be a great one.

True, though I think that might be rebuilt by someone else, and they are only distributing it. Jasper is more expensive retail though.

I know that Jasper, when they do any reman work, any related TSB or recall changes are automatically done during the rebuild.

These old trucks are a collection of spare parts flying in close formation. Being a 4x4 there is always something more too. Not as bad as some things, they are good old trucks, I had a friend who had a Norton, British Motorcycle, he said it was like bionic, no way you could ride it without knowing how to work on it.
