2002 Silverado Sportside

Last year I found this '02 Sportside with 66k on it. 5.3 with power seats and really clean. I need to replace the tires and am also considering a 4/6 drop kit from https://suspensionsuperstore.com/brands/Pro-Suspension.html to give it a bit more attitude. Any comments or suggestions are welcome. I spent my career in stock replacement parts but this project needs some tweaks. Really appreciate all the insights on this forum!

I'd categorize that as a "survivor" with the few miles and pristine condition, especially because stepsides are so rare nowadays.
