IMO, if the pulsation is caused by a warped rotor that is far enough out of spec, do not machine, replace it and check the new rotor for runout. If the old rotor is machined, it is now thinner and more prone to warping easier again.

I didn't work on this and spent time chipping some concrete on my driveway to repair some crappy overlay concrete and some ponding water. I had been holding that off for like 4 years now. Doh.

In the meantime, I decided to paint the sail panels on my SUVs. Did my 06 and the 04. I had bought a InoKraft Drizzle D1 and a Neiko minigun, neither of which I had used. I thought this was a perfect job for the minigun, but turned out to be junk. I got drips when I released the trigger. Tried to adjust the fluid control and nothing. When I was cleaning it, the paint was squirting out w/o me pulling the trigger. SMH

So I used the InoKraft and boy was I surprised! Sprays beautifully. No wonder the guys on YT rave about this gun. I'm gonna agree. Highly recommend it.

Paint is a single stage, 2 component "jet black" I bought when painted the roof racks of the 2 SUVs and windshield wipers of the SUVs and my Silverado.

Also the 06 had missing gaskets at the little louvers box under the sail panels, so I added some RTV silicone.

So I ordered a set of hub/bearings from Rockauto. I went with the Timken brand. Unfortunately, I'm out of town all week for work, so hopefully I will install them in week 2. Will update that on my other thread for this vehicle...

I drove our 2020 Express passenger van and it too has the same issue, I think. Steering wheel shakes, but it's actually worse. Will have to diagnose that one soon. It's got like 25k on the odometer, so not sure what do as gameplan. I ordered 4 new tires, so I'm going to rule that out first.
