They can just make your truck have more power, fuel economy, better shifts, add efans etc.

Well I thought the service and new fuel and air filter solved my issue but nope. Still there and it's not throwing any codes. In thinking of tuning it up next week

P0137
P0157
P0300

P0137 is O2 sensor bank 1 sensor 2

PO157 is 02 sensor bank 2 sensor 2

PO300 is random misfire probably caused by the 02 sensors sending bad signal to the computer

Absolutely, it's a must, I've heard of people snapping spark plugs off cuz of no antisieze
