I am betting it is leaning. My son and I talked about this last night and he will go look at it when its back in town. If its a true village truck we wont touch it, they don't change fluids or do any repairs to vehicles in the villages, just drive them till the wheels fall off which is exactly what happened to this, front hub failed and wheel fell off. That is why we were going to get it so cheap.
