Got my Rockford speakers installed. Only have pics of passenger side. Sound awesome for the price! I might remount them using the factory mount if I get new doors for my semi-restoration.

Finally got my mirror 100% functioning and wired. All I needed to do was wire a plug from the fuse box to the sensor. Two connector pins at the junkyard and a sensor later it's all installed. I also picked up some painted rear Yukon door handles but I cannot figure out how to get them apart for paint

Here's the sensor hiding behind the grille

Also saw this at the yard and it really had me wondering

Where did you have to wire the sensor in at the fuse box? My truck has a compass mirror already but I'd like to add the temp one in as well. I added them on my last two vehicles (wired them in completely though) and I'm missing it already....

I'll have to take some pictures next time I'm in there (will be soon I need to add some loom) but once you pull the cover for the under hood fuse box on the very front there will be a plug with the male side having a yellow, black, green/white and black/white wires. The female side will only have the yellow and black. I went to a local yard and grabbed some pins from a Yukon and lined them up with the green/white and black/white wires. Hope this makes sense, I'll take pics tomorrow when i put loom on the wires

So I decided I'm gonna do a color change. What color you ask?

Laser Blue. I have yet to see a gmt800 in this color and I loved it on the impala SS we had

Color changes are expensive as hell, but I agree that's an awesome color

True but it helps having a dad who is a professional painter. I'm kinda having second thoughts. I love the color but I wouldn't be able to paint every single inch (like the firewall) and that would drive me nuts to open the hood to another color lol

Installed a new to me radio Friday night. Price was right ($40) with the bracket to install. It has Bluetooth, XM and what not. Plenty of RCA plugins for amps and such. I'm thinking of using a factory XM antenna for this because I might actually purchase a subscription haha

Noticed this at the car wash. Window needs to resealed. That's okay though because I want to swap in a solid rear window

Sold my old muffler today and placed a order for a 14" round magnaflow muffler. Single in and single out. I'm going back with my original exhaust plan with a corsa look a like tip
