SAS on a 2wd sounds fun

Yeah, but it won't happen for a while. Gonna be going off to college soon so I need to make sure it stays on the road. So minor cosmetic stuff for now, and maybe do the suspension lift or level over the summer before the fall semester starts

HIDs from DDM tuning are a cheap and useful upgrade to your lighting, I have run them for a long time haha

I'll definitely look into them. I'm all for saving a few bucks as long as I don't compromise reliability. Also thinking about LEDs for the interior. Gauge cluster, HVAC, etc.

They work really good, the ones in my 05 are coming up on three years old, have them in my highs, lows, and fogs, even at -40*C they keep working haha

Lol well I'll definitely look into them. Anything that'll work for years is worth an investment

In my opinion 5000K 35W is the best, it looks like a stock color when it's hot but it's really really bright

I really like the color the 8000ks put out. It's not too obnoxious but it's not stock. Kind of a perfect medium

8000K 55W would be nice :p

Lol well I just like the blue color of the 8000k. My eyes strain a lot with the color of the halogens. And we have a lot of deer in this area so the brighter, the better lol

55W would be blue and very bright, the lower power 8000 would be more blue and not as bright

4300k or 5000k is brighter than 8000k.

I would do a projector retrofit. Much better light output and much safer for you and other drivers. I'm doing one soon in my 2001.

theretrofitsorce.com is the way to go for everything

Bedlined my grille today. It's not on the truck get, currently sitting in my grandpas shop. If it looks good in the morning, I'll put it on. This is how it was looking when I left it:

Might actually do the bow tie a different color, maybe red? I'm not sure yet though

Well I actually ended up messing up the bedliner on the passenger side putting my headlight back in. It would've looked amazing but I didn't have enough paint to strip the passenger side and redo it. It would've looked awful just covering the area I scraped. It was wavy and chunky. So I just stripped all of it except the bow tie and inserts:

Second one is before I did anything obviously :p I like it. Wish I could've blacked it all out and done the bowtie a less common color but oh well. Here's a video of me having a little fun. Let me know if it doesn't work:
