on purpose or the sterring shaft did it?

I dented the header with a ball peen hammer since it would hit and make bad grinding noise some people just get thinner shafts from what i hear

did you have a shaft snap? and denting it is probably the better idea

yea shaft snapped and power steering pump went out all in my driveway when i was backing up also my clock spring snapped when it happened turned to many times
