Well it's been raining all day so I won't be getting anything done.

Had to run to the store and I noticed in over halfway to 313k. Damn the miles just keep climbing on this thing

I wish lol. Unless it gets retirement soon, I fear it'll give out on me. The motor got rebuilt back when Isabelle hit the east coast. My dad drove it in some flood waters so they had to go through the entire thing. It still runs good but I'm sure it's getting very tired

This pig decided it needed a new radiator last week. So far it's been driving like a new truck but I give that 2 weeks max before something else gives and it runs like crap again. I'm just glad it's hard to kill, it never ran hot even when the radiator was dumping half the system on the road

So I had a post typed out, then my browser refreshed and wiped the draft. So the long and short of it is I moved to Raleigh, didn't bring the truck, the truck got repainted and some QoL stuff fixed and I brought it back with me a couple weeks ago. I have to fix a lamp that broke when my mom hit a deer and get the oil changed. I'll try to get some pictures on here, it looks really good. It feels really good to be driving it again, I've missed the hell out of the money pit

I'm tossing up some ideas in my head for the truck. I don't want to go crazy, my mod-tastes have been dialed way back. So I can't really decide between just leveling it or getting a small suspension lift. Something to just get it off the ground a little. I also want duel exhaust in the future but I haven't decided what route I want to take with that. So what do you guys think? Level it or get a small suspension lift?

What are your current fender measurements? Just do the spacers for the front, would look better even with your current tire size, later you can add bigger tires and rear blocks if you like the taller look

If your tight on money just chop your old muffler out and put a magnaflow oval body in with your old tail pipe, smaller the magnaflow the louder it is, bigger is quieter, if you can put a 3” tail pipe on it or dual 2.5”

Not sure on the fender measurements. It's a bone stock 2wd 1500. I just think it's a little low in the front. Maybe I'm just broad but I couldn't climb under it to change the oil but the jack that was sitting in it is too small to actually lift it :banghead: I'll have to find a pic of what I wanna go with. Exhaust is something that can wait, I'm not sure on what I want, to be honest.
