never messed around with 2wd headers on a 4wd, strictly because there is alot more stuff in the way, i.e. front diff and front drive shaft, they might not be in the way but its always been a concern

I like that your getting a good deal on 3" but other than that your just guessing at what it's going to sound like I bet it's damn near a 4 or 6 chambered muffler

I just read it all I'm saying is I would call first and get the specifics on the muffler and I would also be prepared to do some fab work.
This is why I would just go to a shop lol your way is to much hassle
