Makes Chevrolet 2005 Tahoe - 2WD HVAC Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Rear Floor Air Outlet Replacement [H3]Removal Procedure[/H3] Remove the floor console. Refer to Console Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console. Remove the seats. Refer to Front Center Seat Replacement in Seats. Remove the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement . Roll the carpeting back to expose the rear floor air ducts. Remove the rear floor ducts from the floor studs. Remove the rear floor duct. [H3]Installation Procedure[/H3] Install the rear floor air duct. Install the rear floor ducts from the floor studs. Position the carpeting back into place. Install the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement . Install the seats. Refer to Front Center Seat Replacement in Seats. Install the floor console. Refer to Console Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.

Can't remember when I was last in the back seat of my Tahoe, but it was not in '26 or '25, so I definitely don't remember seeing any floor HVAC stuff.
