So using the 2500 bars with stock keys achieves decent lift without bad angles? Did you do extra turns on your keys or did you leave the stock number of threads? How many threads were on your bolts for the keys before and after you started?

Yes they will give some some lift with stock keys. Honestly I couldn't tell you how may threads. We just tightened them so they were about half way in and keys were about in the middle

how easy did the old bars come out? did you have to heat the the keys to get the bars out? I have a set of 2500 bars for my 02

One side popped right out with a air hammer and the other needed a little bit of heat and it came right out. I had been soaking them with pb blaster for a couple weeks before the swap

How many threads on each bolt you have now? I believe one of my torsion bars is weaker in my 02 one bolt is slightly more in than the other, a couple of threads

I decided to get a new set of turn signals and searched everywhere for these

Test fitting going on today. Need to totally rework my brackets and shorten some wires

Turns out I need a new inner tie rod along with idler and pitman arms. The plan is to hopefully get GM inner tie rods with the rough country sleeves and moog outers and moog pitman and idler arms.

Got the light bar mounted until I make new brackets. Painted the valance too although I'm not sure how long the paint will stick

I've also been thinking about taking my tow mirrors back off in favor of the stock mirrors

I second the removal of the tow mirrors. Color matched stocks would look good

I really want to have the black sanded down and ptm and chrome caps on the stock mirrors
I plan on doing this Friday with the duplicolor paint. Did you sand down your bumper cap?

New to me wheels. I'm not sure how I feel about them but I needed wheels to put my new dynapros on. Stock 16s are fugly and this is what we had at the farm. I need to polish them and get new lug nuts yet. It should look pretty good IMO

Ac delco inner so I can use the rough country sleeves and moog outers. But I'm kinda worried about the moog parts because I heard their quality is going down hill
