Same here. Now that I got it looking good I will start back working on the engine that’s on the stand. But until then I will cruise it until the wheels fall off.

I bought a factory replacement muffler. Right now it has a magnaflow and it sounds like crap. Besides I can’t have people knowing it’s a v6. Not sure if the link works but here’s the part # [H1]Walker SoundFX 18823[/H1], put that in the Amazon’s search. It’s only $23 dollars right now

I wrapped my traction bars candy purple. Should look good. It’s kinda low key but flashy at the same time.

When the time comes i will put a light under the rear of the truck similar to this. Just helps when backing up in the tracks that you layed down. I would like to run some daily driver/no trailer races when the big motor goes in the truck. This guy probably has a go pro under his truck, the light helps him see what his suspension is going.

Put new headlights in today. Im disappointed, they are very “loose”. Going to pull them back off and use the GM brackets and throw the Chinese junk brackets in the trash.

More info is better, especially with these fickle 4L60s. I got lucky and found an 02 Escalade cluster on TYF, probably my favorite upgrade besides my wheels.

The great thing is that it is plug and play when install. What is the warranty on the stepper motors?

I've contacted them about mine, since I got my 03 Yukon cluster through them and they only do 03-06, not 99-02. Maybe they would reconsider if there was enough inquiries, but the best I've found for 99-02s are graphic overlay and LED kits which are still a great option for customization.

Sorry, again I did not pay attention. I thought DDS did all GMT800 series. When I had my 02 Tahoe I had no cluster problems. The 2004 and 2005 have both got DDS clusters.
