Those leds just bulbs or did ya have to do some special to make them work?

I was gonna do this since I've ordered clear housings for my truck
They are just plug and play bulbs. I bought mine on ebay for pretty cheap but I did have get a few bad ones. Probably worth it to buy a known manufacturer. Pilot makes some and so does Phillips. I know they have them at Pepboys and I imagine Autozone. When you do the turn signals though you have to install resistor to prevent hyperflash.

Just driving it daily and enjoying the spacious cabin compared to my regular cab. Getting ready to drive it to Texas this weekend.

Well took the truck in for an oil change and an alignment before our move on Friday (Southern California to Texas). I knew I needed to the u-joints, just didn't know how bad. I had a clunk that I thought was coming mostly from the transfer case. Needless to say, it was all driveshaft. The u-joint at the axle didn't even have any needle bearings left in it. Super glad I did it before the trip.

Took it to put some tires on it. I had finally settled on some 285/75/16 Gladiator QR900 MT then I was informed that they couldn't mount those to a 6.5" wide wheel. And they don't have anything to offer me in a 33" to fit a 6.5" wide wheel. So it looks like I'll have to settle for some 265s unless someone else has any ideas. Then I drove it to Lowe's to pick up some lumber.

285s are fine on a stock wheel. Take it to a different shop that will mount them.
I solved the problem by buying these bad boys. 17x8.5

Now my problem is what size tire can I stuff under there. I really wanted a 33x12.5 but I'm not sure if it will rub any of my suspension components. So I may order up some 295/75/17

Gave it a real good bath and it needed it. If I get some energy back later I'll clean it out. Tomorrow the wheels and tires go on and then I'm going to do a photo shoot with it.

Well 3 of them are on the truck. Turns out that 1 was boxed incorrectly and is a 8x170 so I'm waiting on a replacement to arrive in the mail.
